House Molenstraat 56
The beautiful mansion at Molenstraat 56 contains 19 rooms. Most of the rooms have a private shower, others share a common bathroom for a maximum of 3 students. The main floor has a big and well equipped common kitchen, on the first floor there is a spacious living room and dining room. There is also a spacious and beautiful garden.
The house is a 12 minutes walk from the Institute for Tropical Medicine and about 25 minutes from the Central Station and Antwerp University. There are also good tram and bus connections to the Central Station.
House Kattenstraat 8
Our house located in the Kattenstraat is a big house with a nice and friendly atmosphere. The building counts up to 35 rooms, the 8 studios included.
Three fully equipped kitchens make this house a nice place to live. Here the students can find each other and are given the opportunity to chat and cook together.
The large courtyard gives a pleasant change, especially in the summer! Barbecues and joyful summernights are very common.
The polyvalent room in Kattenstraat can be used for all sorts of events: parties, diners, studying together.

Most of all the Kattenstraat building is located right in the student area of Antwerp, within 10 minutes walk from the Central Station and very close to of some of the popular student pubs at the Ossenmarkt. UA city campus, the Institute of Transport and Maritime Management (C-MAT) and the IOB (Institute of Development Policy and Management) are just around the corner!

Lange Sint-Annastraat 5 is a beautiful old mansion with 14 spacious and comfortable rooms. There are 2 well equipped common kitchens and a nice garden with a porch and a barbecue where you can eat and relax together whenever the weather is good.
The house is located close to the facilities of Antwerp University and less than 10 minutes walk to the Central Station. The Institute for Tropical Medicine is about 25 minutes walking.
